Running Journal October 2, 2008

Nice sunny day and a good run. I was comfortable in shorts and long-sleeved t-shirt. I had to wait on one train, I hate that. Other things I hate are intervals, repeat courses and hill repeats. I don’t mind hills I just don’t like to repeat part of the course over. I remember the St Paddy’s day race in Glen Oak Park in Peoria is three repeats of the same course. Its not so bad so because it great running in the park. The best part of the Steamboat 15K is running in that park.
